1. Eligibility

Our services are intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may use our website or place an order only through a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed by a minor if we determine it was made without appropriate supervision. THE 4 CHEF'S KITCHEN shall not be held liable for any misrepresentation of age or any orders placed in violation of this clause.

2. Products & Services

• All products are prepared in compliance with FSSAI regulations and relevant food safety standards.

• Ingredients and allergens are need to be checked at customer's end; customers are responsible for reviewing them before consumption.

• Images of products are for representation purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed via our website, partner apps (such as Zomato/Swiggy), or directly with us.

• Full payment must be made at the time of placing an order through approved payment methods.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful receipt of payment.

• In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

4. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product availability, and logistics.

• We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or third-party delivery partners.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details; incorrect addresses or contact details may result in failed or delayed deliveries and additional charges.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

• Refunds or cancellations may be granted only if:

  • The wrong product has been delivered, or

  • The product is damaged/unsafe for consumption upon delivery.

• Any refund or cancellation request must be raised within 20 minutes of receiving the order by contacting us at the details below.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

• All website content, including text, images, designs, logos, packaging, branding, and recipes, is the intellectual property of THE 4 CHEF'S KITCHEN.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we ensure food quality and compliance with safety standards, THE 4 CHEF'S KITCHEN is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions due to undisclosed allergies.

  • Health issues arising from overconsumption or misuse of products.

  • Losses or damages caused by third-party delivery partners.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

8. Compliance

We comply with all applicable Indian laws, including the Food Safety & Standards Act (FSSAI), GST regulations, and consumer protection laws.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website or communication may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., delivery partners, payment gateways). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
