Service Areas: We currently deliver across select locations in Dehradun and nearby areas.

Delivery Partners: Orders may be delivered by our in-house team or through trusted third-party partners (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, Dunzo).

Timelines: Delivery time depends on order volume, distance, and traffic conditions. While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, or partner issues).

Customer Responsibility: Please provide accurate delivery details and ensure availability at the provided address during delivery. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or order cancellation.
2. Shipping of Packaged Products
For select items such as gift hampers, packaged sweets, and festive collections, we may offer shipping via courier or logistics partners.

4. Delays & Non-Delivery

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural calamities, strikes, traffic disruptions, or courier partner issues.

In case of non-delivery due to our error, customers are eligible for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

If a delivery attempt fails due to wrong address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be marked as delivered, and refunds will not apply.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally. Our services are limited to India.
